Happy World Fringe Day from the Fringe Theatre Awards here in the UK! Today we celebrate the global Fringe movement, its artists, festivals, audiences and communities.
If ever someone could be described as a stalwart, it was Howard Loxton, who passed away on 22 June at the age of 92. His knowledge, generosity and unfailing fairness made him one of the most respected voices, and he will be greatly missed by colleagues, readers and the wider theatre community.

Make your voice heard

Our expert assessors will choose the best shows, performers and directors, but the People’s Vote award is up to you.

The four awards are for the venues that are most highly recommended for Food and Drink, Most Welcoming, Facilities and Accessibility.

If you’ve recently visited a theatre that you feel is outstanding in any of these categories, vote for them.
